Guests receive a warm welcome to our quiet, comfortable bungalow. We are just 12 miles from Lulworth Cove and the spectacular heritage coast. Our home is surrounded by fields, with a large garden and plenty of safe parking. Breakfast is locally sourced with homemade marmalade and jam. The Jubilee Trail passes very close by and we are close to a good network of footpaths and bridleways. Our picture framing workshop is across the yard. Excellent pub food is available nearby and our accommodation is accessible to the disabled. Non-smoking, 1 double room, 1 twin. Tariff from £30 per person per night based on 2 sharing. Single occupancy is £40 per night. Overnight grazing for horses also available.

Stour Row is a tiny village 3 miles south-west of Shaftesbury hidden in the lovely Dorset countryside. Lawn Cottage is a delightful 18th century stone cottage with a warm, friendly atmosphere and rooms filled with paintings, porcelain and kelims set in a delightful garden which guests are welcome to use. There are three rooms for bed and breakfast guests. A ground floor twin/double with ensuite shower room tv/ dvd player (suitable for the less able) a lofty single/bunk bedroom with ensuite shower and a double bedroom with private bathroom. Children and dogs are very welcome. All the rooms have wifi, tea and coffee making facilities and homemade biscuits. Delicious breakfasts are served in the cosy kitchen with its Aga, in the dining room or even outside on the terrace! It is an ideal base for visiting Dorset (and the coast), Somerset or Wiltshire being on the border of all three, or as a quiet place to relax and unwind. There are delightful Gardens, houses and walks nearby to visit and I am very happy to help with more information. Our excellent local pub is less than a mile away.
