A welcoming room with matching en-suite shower room. Views over the front garden and over fields beyond.

Single occupancy from £75 pn
*discount of £5 per room for 4 nights or more

Twin en-suite

A large self-contained unit with it's own private entrance from the rear garden veranda comprising an entrance lobby, shower room and large twin room with walk-in wardrobe. This is a ground floor room with views across the rear garden and fields beyond.

Room rates are from £50 pppn (based on two people sharing).

Single occupancy from £80 pn.

Rates are negotiable for long term stays

Arrival and Departure

Your arrival is welcome between 3.00pm and 6.00pm (unless otherwise agreed). We request that rooms are vacated by 10.00am on the date of your departure.

There is a non-smoking policy within the house.

Smoking

A deposit of £50 is required for all bookings. In the event of cancellation up to 7 days prior to the date of arrival no charge will be made. Cancellation within 7 days of your scheduled visit will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one nights stay.
